Meet Dr. Ryan Chester

I bring over nine years of admissions experience, primarily in graduate enrollment management, and began my career in undergraduate admissions at Davidson College. I currently serve as Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, where I lead graduate recruitment strategies, evaluate applications, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership to strengthen program positioning and drive enrollment growth. I also held graduate admissions and student services leadership roles at UNC Charlotte and Catawba College. 

 

I earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from UNC Charlotte, as well as a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbus State University. I have a passion for developing meaningful relationships and thoroughly enjoy helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
