Meet Brian Bohman

I am an Educational Consultant with EWC College Consulting, and my work is rooted in helping students feel confident, supported, and excited as they navigate the college search process. My career in education spans both secondary and higher education, giving me a unique perspective on the full journey students take from the classroom to campus.

I began my career in higher education in student services at Edinboro University, where I supported students through key transition points moving from high school to college. Following my early days in higher education, I spent four years in the high school classroom as a social studies and Advanced Placement teacher, as well as serving in student leadership roles. Working closely with students during this formative time shaped my student-centered approach and deepened my belief in empowering students to reach their full potential.

I later returned to higher education at Queens University of Charlotte, where I now serve as an Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions. In this role, I work closely with first‑year and transfer students throughout the admissions process, evaluate applications, and collaborate with faculty and campus partners to support student success.

Across every stage of my career, my focus has remained the same: empowering students and families with clarity, confidence, and excitement as they navigate the college search and admissions process.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Penn State Behrend, where I was a student‑athlete, and a Master of Education from Edinboro University. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, I’m dedicated to helping students find the college that’s the right fit academically, socially, and personally — a place where they belong and can flourish.
