Meet Jasmyn Lindsay
Hi! I’m Jasmyn, Financial Aid Advisor at EWC College Consulting.
My Story
I’ve been working in Higher Education for my whole career! I am from the Charlotte area and found my way to Queens University for college. My undergraduate experience completely changed the trajectory of my life in ways that I will forever be grateful for.
Unsure what exactly I wanted to do upon graduation, I took a job in the admissions office at Queens and have not left higher education since. After several years in admissions, I transitioned to work in financial aid and now serve as the Director of Financial Aid at Queens.
Understanding the innerworkings of college access, especially the financial side of things, can be incredibly daunting. My approach to working with students, families, and stakeholders starts with taking a peek behind the curtain – what’s going on in the great big world of financial aid, and how do you personally navigate an everchanging landscape given your own individual resources and needs?
