Meet Sara Morgal

I am the Executive Assistant to CEO Elizabeth West, and I love being the person who helps keep everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Before stepping into this role, I spent eight years as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator, which taught me how to stay calm, flexible, and focused—no matter how busy things get.

 

I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2019 with a degree in Sport, Entertainment, and Event Management, and I’ve always had a passion for hospitality and helping others.

 

I was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. I bring a warm, positive approach to everything I do and truly enjoy creating seamless experiences for both clients and our team. I’m always happy to jump in, support where needed, and help make things go smoothly for everyone.

 

In my free time, I love teaching my dog new tricks and spending time with family and friends.
