Meet Kimberly Holley

Hi! I’m Kimberly, Educational Consultant and Graduate School Specialist at
EWC College Consulting.

My Story

With over 20 years of experience in enrollment, Kimberly Holley has served at private and public institutions in undergraduate and graduate admissions capacities. She has had great success working with students from marginalized populations while assisting organizations in improving the overall diversity of their enrollment.   

 

Most recently, Kimberly has served as the Vice Provost of Enrollment at Belmont Abbey College and Senior Director of Admissions at Appalachian State University. She has extensive experience in professional graduate admissions, where she led the recruitment strategy of NC State University's Jenkins MBA program. As an innovative strategic leader, Kimberly developed and facilitated an MBA course on "Effective Diversity Management" and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.  

 

Before joining NC State University, Kimberly was Associate Director of Admissions for the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Kimberly also served as Director of Multicultural Recruitment at Elon University, where she successfully led their diversity recruitment efforts. She has facilitated workshops and presentations on "Multicultural Student Recruitment," "Supporting First Generation College Students," and "The College Admissions Process." Kimberly is the immediate past president of the Southeastern Association of Graduate Admission Professionals and is an active member of the National Association of Graduate Admissions Professionals.  

 

Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and Cinema from Binghamton University and her Master of Science in Communications Management from Simmons University.
